Ronald Silvano, the founder and chief expert of The Expert Consultant has more than 10 years of hands-on food service experience. Upon graduating from Trisakti School of Tourism in Master Degree of Tourism, Ronald completed a year culinary apprenticeship at Royal Plaza on Scott Hotel in Singapore. During his study he got first place in many culinary championship and also became the Iron Chef mastering in Indonesian Food in 2008. Soon after graduated, Ronald became Banquet Sous Chef in Windsorcourt Hotel New Orleans, Lousiana United States. Ronald helps startups grow, and responsible in menu innovation, and operations assessments to strategic planning and management development also for all aspects of restaurant operations including recruitment, hiring, and training.
